Are the States Going to Criminalize Abortion?

States are still hashing out exactly what they mean by abortion. Some states have trigger laws which kick in if row is overturned. The first round of these laws seems to be focused primarily on making it a crime a doctor to perform an abortion, and perhaps for people to aid or abet that doctors.
