Is It a Sarqidosis or a Bone Lesion?

The patient was a diagnose with sarqidosis, and a did well. It makes me wonder whether he had an initial event, or exposure, or infection that set off this sarquad out of the blue. He gets a fever that respons to anabatics, and then he develops the cyndrome. Em, we haven't done one of these fancy, fancy clinical reasoning cases in a while. So i actually honestly feel a little rusty.
