The Importance of Raw Adaptability

Ronald Reagan: Raw adaptability can look like apathy. The mature form is you can look like being an early adopter. It's not necessarily about setting the agenda and then helping everyone else, it's almost the opposite of responding to what has already been set. So if someone with high adaptability is asking you for a response they probably want it right now. And I mean this because adaptability is all about the present.
