Once or twice a week i take a rest dave. Sometimes i do a rest day and sort of an active recovery day, which is more just having fun,. Whether that's like doing fun bicycle ride or a nice walk in the park. You want all those physiological adaptations to take place during your fasted work out. Those physiological adaptations are even building new muscle fibres. It doesn't happen during the act. It just stimulated. And i don't think it matters on rest days to not have those ketones.
