The Complexity of Organisational Structures

Every group I work with, when they consider their future external environment, so what is it the external environment's asking of us? What's the level of complexity that we need to hold in order to make good decisions. None of that is held in organisational structures. We've spent decades focusing on the interiors of individuals because that's the easy bit,. It's not that easy, but it's the easier bit. And most people that I'm talking to are tired. The thing that the pandemic's done is exhausted people. They're told to come in the office and they're putting out the middle finger. There's all sorts of stuff going on, let alone wanting to have
