I backed away for the first time n in my career, after 31 years as a head coach. I don't want kids bein the man i've always thought john and i saw so much of that,. especially young coachy, just cussing thes kids when he's not doing well. When he's doing well, get on him, but you don't have to demean him. We're honest, we're direct, but were don't treat em right.
