Klein's Theocratic Approach to the Old Testament
Klein began teaching Old Testament part time at Westminster in 1950. In 1954, Klein wrote to his colleague E.J. Young about how much he enjoyed teaching the prophets and the Old Testament exegetes course. He apologized for only getting as far as Genesis 2.8 during a year-long sabbatical. When Klein's defense of the framework interpretation appeared in the Westminster theological journal, Young produced a rebuttal which together with three additional articles became his small book studies in Genesis 1.
