Roxanne Jones: I loved to bake, but my favorite part of work was watching a customer take their first bite. She says she had one packet of scones left in her bag and brought it out for the man at the kiosk. He smiled and said he wasn't sure they would last till tomorrow. "I'd gotten to bring him a treat and a memory," writes Jones.
