There's a lot of evidence to suggest that's the case. If you're a black nurse, or if you're an indigenous nurse or a racialized health care worker, you're bot tro report that at even higher rates. And it is demoralizing, because the people i spoke to have said this has largely been framed as just part of the job and there's a real sense of hopelessness about the consequences.
