I think people see it as a throwaway and not understanding there's a ton of value that can be captured in. Most organizations haven't even caught up with that trend, right? They may have offered something, but it's not a good experience. So now this new thing is coming along and this idea that we have assistance in our personal lives that we can use for all sorts of things. Now I want that in the workplace too to make my, my work easier, my life easy at work.
