What's the Best Defense in the NBA?
Almost every single one of these teams has what we would think of as a great interior presence in the paint. What i'm kind of really looking for is teams that have an interior guy who's like a two % block percentage or three cent block percentage. The garnet seltics do it a ton. 99 spurs obviously have the twin towers, so on and on and on. It's hard to find really, really great defences that don't have a high end interior presence from a statistical standpoint.
