The 30 day challenge is set exactly how it needs to be. So hopefully you can get to the point where you're doing 30 days in a row and doing the five tasks. Having a partner, having a person that's keeping you accountable could help with this. A friend, a therapist, somebody that you're talking to about this, check in on you, ask you how it's going.
