When i was diagnosed with h best cancer, and the first day of my treatment, i found myself so anxious. Not good for my body. It's not good for me. So i unexpectedly became my own almost test subject where i decided that i was going to make those changes. And it made a huge difference to hows feeling, to lowering my anxiety, to help me my sleep. But at the same time, i decided to really use what i knew, and that help me, and i was happy to know that.
