The Pickled Long Beans
You microwave them with a little bit of soy and rice wine vinegar. While you're doing that, you just basically brown and break up a bunch of ground pork, garlic, ginger. I serve some of that to my kids. And then to like add to some actual, add some spice and actually like up the acidity even more. To get a little more fermenty flavor in there, I will take a bunch of pickle jalapenos out of the jar,. chop those up and toss them in after the kids have had their portion.
