Is There a Regulator?

The sports industry wants to have a regulatorpa, set up by a populous government. That soms like a great idea, doesn't tet? I think regulators get in the way. And i'm generally anti regulation for that reason. The elite class don't want other people coming in. They actually don't want that guy or that girl to be part of the ownership ranks because it dilutes the status signal and the value of it to them.
