Are You Listening Deeply?

The first is to listen deeply. The second step is to unite widely, and the third step is to act boldly. We want to really get down to what does bold mean? What is what does it mean in this moment? How is it different than the disruption or the transformation that we may have been through before? And i wont just say the bold part at the end is important. It's not listen deeply to calm folks down and get back to work. It's listen so people feel deeply, deep, deeply, hurt men cle.
