Spinmaster - What Was the Strategic Logik?
The company was looking for acquisitions. The whole beacon thing worked out so seamlessly, and we had recognized that, in order to expedit, we grow our business beyond the specifics of the toy isle. If we wanted to get into gaming, or, you know, any other strategic category, we were likely going to need to buy a butique agency and expand. That way, our medium buying business could be expanded as well.
