How to Grieve as an Autistic Person
Autistic people have unique ways of grieving that don't fit into neurotypical norms and expectations, right? We get that. There's processing challenges as well. The idea that you go through loss and you grieve differently, but then the processing can also be delayed. This might be things like emotion charts, visual aids, explanations that are concrete and black and white. Things that will help you recognize and express your feelings.
