How to Scale the Opportunity Cost of What Can Cosco Earn Per Year?

I paid 29 bucks for the stock initially, and in the interim, they started paying a dividend the first year i bought it. So you combine square footed growth with same store sales growth and a durably increasing bottom line that can maybe grow one % faster then the top line. And no, it's just the fact h they're discipline on the real estate front. But they've also paid a series of four special dends. Ironically, if you ad up those four special dividends, it's exactly my cost bases. Eh, they're going to earn ten in change. It's as expensive as it's ever been, and it's not going to grow as fast.
