The US has plausible deniability when it comes to war crimes and we've seen that these these blackwater have played a major role in previous wars. Even now in this obvious like PMC Wagner is nowhere even close as powerful or wealthy as the defense of the Russian Federation but even now because of their direct successes kind of overshadowing those of regular Russian troops.
