I think media buying is one of few things that is better with an agency than in-house. There's too much choice now because there's a lot of agencies competing for clients. I'm happy to acquire customers at a small loss, but we can map out pretty clearly what a bliff will get in month three months six months 12,. We don't know what that would look like in year two, three, five, et cetera. But it shouldn't be so complicated, should it?
