I think having the foresight and being an innovator, and really having the founders see that they were building an institution is a key catalyst for actually you being so successful. A couple of things that also jumped out at me from what Brian said were that I go back to the old analog that the best sales when you have is not always the best sales manager. And so making sure that the deal people that are so terrific actually have some management experience and some leadership experience in the firm.
