Introduction

This week on the minimalist tech podcast we talk about life without internet. In addition to having no home internet my phone is devoid of social media applications distracting websites, games, even no app store. I find it best to choose the content to consume in advance on a device with limited storage so there's never any browsing or finding content that I didn't choose to consume while at home.
