Is There a Process for Working Together With Other People?

When I'm writing a script, I often have a very clear idea in my head of what it is that I want up on screen. So I think part of the process in the future might be figuring out a way to communicate what I think are the most important parts of that. Like what I am saying these words and these words, they look on paper like they don't work, but I think they will work if this is on the screen when I'm saying them.
