The Indictment: Donald Trump Can't Declassify a Secret Document
Trump is doing himself no favors by talking about this very specific piece of evidence that the prosecution has. Trump says these weren't documents that he was showing his guess, but instead they were newspaper clippings and articles. This is a totally nonsensical statement, right? How could newspaper clipplings and articles be considered government classified documents? I didn't have a document per se, there was nothing to declassify. That was a massive amount of papers and everything else talking about Iran and other things. And it may have been held up or may not, but that was not a document. It's really what could end up doing him in.
