I think one thing we did that was really successful was to create a development planning organization. Every year, everybody in the organization has an allowance and with this money, they can choose what courses they want to take. And on the top of that, we also define what are the learning priorities for individuals or departments. These training opportunities are not part of the self development plan, they are extra and we cover the costs for them. So I think these are the two main things we are doing right now.
