With Plugio, it was bearable because the customers were nice. And I was making money. That's the key thing. You're making money. But when you're just hoping that it's going to work, oh, that's the tough. Don't dance a tough one. Yeah. So, feedback from users is critical, but money is what it really gets things going, gets things in gear. "I mean, we can all sort of like spend these fantasies in our mind about how amazing our software is," he says.
