The traditional way of selling software to customers is here's the price and when we come out with a new version we'll have an upgrade price for existing users. I'm not saying it's going away but it has so clearly been so it's not the norm now right? Are you worried that as the industry moves on and subscription pricing becomes the norm that people will start thinking your software is priced weirdly i mean  I would say I think I guess it's impossibleyou can't really assign a direct price there's no way to make a column in a spreadsheet where you've you've pegged the exact value of loyalty that somebody has.
