Day Dreaming Is Creativity

Day dreaming is creativity, any time you use your imagination. Not everybody has an artistic talent, and that's ok. But everybody has the capacity for imagination and creativity. And as adults, we don't have many playful spaces in the adult world. Playing as an adult is seen as shameful and embarrassing. Substances sometimes give us a kind of social permission to be silly and playful. So i want to outline my process for being creative - not necessarily directed at artists but everyone ecause when you're engaging with your inner child.
