I feel like there's lots of opportunities for the QA to be helpful. And you mentioned earlier about diversity in your team. One of the most high performing teams I worked in had seven different people from seven different nationalities. We even created our little vocabulary list where we would say, how do we say good morning in those different languages? That also was very challenging. Having diversity does not mean it will be easy.
