The Third Strategy for Lux Consolidation, Right?
Lux's strategy is to bubble, insulate them from anything that's going on the market. Anti bubble for Lux was being able to clean out balance sheets and take attractive chunks of companies. Then consolidation, which was working with their portfolio companies to help build war chests on the balance sheet. But I also think there's an interesting aspect of like when a firm is cash strapped, a huge amount of focus goes into figuring out the financing problem not working on the business.
