Great producers are empowered with not just the responsibility of getting the work done, butthe the authority to go and spend money. The best situations i've been inis when they're joined at the hip as like true, true partners. There's something interesting when you work at a shop as a creative that gets to work with a producer,. That you're not just looking at that one job,  you're also looking at the jobs alongside it.
