The Benefits of Remote Work for Startups

The company is officially based in Ann Arbor, which is in the middle of Michigan. And we've kind of just by the way the hiring process worked, we ended up with an almost entirely remote team. We rented some apartments and we forced everybody to live in Ann Arbor for a month and meet every day. But now they've people have scattered again.
