The Meaning of Purpose
People who can articulate their sense of purpose were living about eight years longer than people ware runnerless in life, and in blue zones. In sardinia, they do nappeo, favorite of ours. People there are eating 90 to 100 % whole plant base food. It's mostly whole grains, greens, tubers like sweet potatoes, nuts and beans. If you're eating a cup of beans a day, it's probably adding four years to your life expectancy.
