Is This a Red Flag?

Some startups tell candidates flat out that they won't even bother interviewing because they think it's a waste of their time. Even if you go through the entire process and we give you an offer, well, it's not going to be close to what you're expecting or what you may have been paid before. There's also a third red flag. Some recruiters, some of their objectives that they're kind of graded against for performances, how many of their outstanding offers are accepted. And so like you're almost like ruining their metric or making their job harder because you're ruining their acceptance rate.
