The Commission's Work on the MFF Negotiations
MFF negotiation is probably one of the most complicated in the European world. I hope that by the end of the year we will have an environment that would be conducive to such an agreement. Many countries have elections during their presidency and that brings me to my third for point which is we have been working closely with the commission with the council for many many months to prepare the presidency a lot of technical work has been done.
