I don't see a way that this is ever going to be sustained because there is no, the metric curve all over the place. It does seem to work against your baseline financial concerns. So I think it's being driven culturally by a lot of true believers internally at the company. But when you marry that with the incentives from the financial system and the ESG scores and some of these big, you know, these companies that are pseudo-governmental like the World Economic Forum, then you really have a recipe for disaster which is what we're seeing.
