The media frenzy surrounding the rape scandal involving Jessica Han unearth some interesting dirt on Jim Baker. Allegations of wife swapping and homosexuality had come to light as well as illegal acts such as embezzlement. A grand jury was convened to determine if there was probable cause to prosecute Jim Baker.
