The rugaroo is a beast that lives in the louisiana bayous of New Orleans. The name itself comes from french term lugaro, which roughly translates as wolf man. It's one of the richest creatures at the edge of our folklore. A lot of people believe it is nothing more than a cage inversion of a werewolf. But there are big differences as well.
