Is This a Flip Flops?

This is just a weird labor market right now in general, especially with comparing it to all other aspects of the economy. I feel like we see this flip flop about every four years. It's definitely, you know, because that gap, it's harder to do it than ever. And then finally, and i think this is important, but there there's definitely a rise, as we're seeing this gap in both a the supply and demand,. You're creating a larger gap between opportunity and maybe access to opportunity.
