I think the reaction to it is going to be a lot of shoulder shrugging because I mean you and I have both written on the major issues. The United States is a country which was designed to basically crack up breakup fail. It has like in engineering speak all these sort of like innate points of fracture something like that. And so I do think that we're not necessarily in for a very smooth transition but what came before the Ukraine war was a slow imperceptible sort of weakening of the West. This is generally going to be our future for the next 20 years, he says.
