We can all relate to that. We tighten up, and we're just like, we start holding our breath. That's why we need messagesits why we get ulsers,. because we tighten up in our corps, verses just feeling a feeling. If you stop, and i really do encourage people to do this all the time. Take a breath, feel your feelings... then they can pass through you. They can pass through your boty. Our heavenly parents created us this way with emotions. But we stuff our faces full of food to resist them. And we get on social media and look at phonography and we tighten up - but emotions themselves are not a big deal.
