Tristan: I want to hear a little bit about the story, like what happened there and how do you work with growth teams to actually move the needle for the business? In a recapping the story a little bit, this was a company several years ago. It was infusion soft at the time. And in the month that I joined, 100 plus million ARR, 40,000 customers, one net new SMB, which is shocking. So things were going great. 12 months after that, the company was losing 200 to 300 customers monthly,. You know, hadn't just hit a plateau, but it'd gone off with the plateau.
