The Decline of Marketing Budgets
I think what's happened over this time and will continue to happen is that as marketing budgets are being scrutinized more and often declining. Marketing leaders need to be scrutinizing our activities against actual business results not leads, MQA's or clicks but content downloads. I'm a big believer in like the leadership being super active at LinkedIn and spending time there but I am struggling a bit with my own time management. show the return on investment for CMOs.
