The age of the smartphone and social media has co-occurred with a huge mental health crisis, especially among adolescents because they're spending more time on devices. And that's not a great recipe for mental health, especially for teens. There's so much work that I've seen, you know, especially from people like Jonathan Heit where you watch these graphs of suicide ideation, of depression and anxiety. It seems like those numbers just spike.
