Oat milk cappuccino has broken many hearts. I talked about oat milk like a month or two after it came out here in Los Angeles and I had probably the most amount of comments in that post. It's oats, which are mostly sugar and added sugar, which is going to just drive up your glucose. So it's a bummer for sure. But there are so many other options. And if you're looking to be environmentally friendly or save water, flax milk is now available here in the US.
