Using a Case Study to Improve Attendance

Every level of leadership in the same room, either physically or on a Google Hangout. Choose a kid with low attendance arbitrarily. We get all the people in that line of accountability from that child. The crew leader will not say we should just send them a fine if they've not got a good relationship with the parents.
