The Effects of Breakfast on Protein Intake

Most of the studies are done at breakfast as opposed to a lunch or dinner meal. It's purely a methodological thing and that is you can have a period of a real basil state and then you give the meal and you get a response over the next several hours. The problem with looking at lunch and dinner is that the what you had for breakfast will affect the response to lunch because the levels of some of the things you've eaten will still be elevated.
