The language experience chart is perfect for fluency. Tim Razinsky has this thing called fluency Fridays. On Monday, you would have a poem. And on Tuesday, you're going to all read it together. It's okay if you don't know them. But it's also okay if you memorize them and read along with your group. That's fine. I think sometimes we get afraid of showing something they haven't seen.
