There are, they have ricin in stock because people legitimately use it. The military has an interest in ricin for counteracting cases of poisoning with ricin or castor mash. A company that I contacted initially got this odd kind of "we do not condone" response. But then she, whoever this person was forwarded my email to a supply company. So they were bluffing exactly.
